The next survival-horror nightmare from the team behind "Fall" is officially rolling. Cameras are up on "Invertigo," a rollercoaster-set thriller starring Inde Navarrette, the breakout from "Obsession" and "Superman & Lois."
The hook is pure white-knuckle. A group of reckless teens talk a young park worker into sneaking them onto a brand-new rollercoaster before it opens to the public. Then the ride fails — and the group is left stranded hundreds of feet in the air, fighting to survive as buried traumas and hidden tensions tear them apart.

Matthias Hoene ("Cockneys vs Zombies") directs from a script by Kathy Charles and Billy O'Brien ("I Am Not a Serial Killer"). Producing are James Harris and Mark Lane — the Tea Shop duo behind "Fall" — alongside Capstone Pictures' Christian Mercuri.
"We are really excited to get Invertigo going and thrilled to be working on a third film with Inde," Mercuri said, pointing to Navarrette's run with the company.

Production is underway across Thailand, the United States and the United Kingdom. Capstone is handling worldwide sales, which launched at the European Film Market. No release date or distributor has been set.
The bottom line: a contained, high-altitude survival horror with "Fall" pedigree and a rising scream queen out front. We'll track casting and a first look as they land.
